Delivery cost will depend on the post code and distsance from the showroom

Some post codes may require extra charges, we will contact you should this be the case. Normally deliveries involving Highlands & Islands in the UK

Some oversize or heavy machinery requiring cranes will require extra delivery charges, please call 01784 240399 for any carriage questions

For the majority of products, there is an excellent and reliable next day service.

Shipping prices will be advised , extra shipping costs may be required after purchase, please call us if you have any questions prior to ordering.

For deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands & NI or any other offshore destination prices will differ.
Returns require a returns number from our office. Handling Charges may apply in some cases.

if the machine is faulty we will replace and not rerund at our cost

if machie has been damage in use we would charge for repiar and per mile

should the customer decide he does not want the machine unused we reseave the right to charge a 20% restocking charge also customer will return at there own cost

Damage – Problems
If you have any problems just contact us. Whatever the problem, we will stay with it until it has been resolved and you are satisfied. If your goods are damaged upon delivery, please mark damaged on the drivers delivery receipt, keep the box and packing and ring us on the above number.
